I have no idea why it came to be called this...i guess because they became as scarce for awhile as gold..but Amy and I got our Golden Ticket yesterday when we were invited back to Creative Escape.
Creative Escape is like the nirvana of scrapping and crafting events. You are literally treated like a princess for four days..it rocks. We get gifts and sing and eat mexican food and chocolate and work with paper and paste and scissors (sometimes soldering metal) and it so SOOOOO fun. Nothing like it.
The fact that i get to do it with my best friend does not hurt.
So, silly as it sounds, i have been praying to be part of this therapeautic experience again this year. Yesterday, at 5:30, we got the ticket. I can barely wait....:-) Sweet Escape here we come ...again!
